‘Tabata Something Else’

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Compare to June 1st.

Remember team ACCURACY is one of the 10 components of fitness that we work to get better at….(: When performing a box jump, aim to land on the middle of the box instead op jumping of the corner of the box. I havent yet come across someone that’s done this to themselves twice. It seems like once you’ve done it once, that’s your turn done, so nothing to worry about for you three! The rest of you with scar-less shins keep jumping like you mean it! Commit to each jump and aim for the middle.
