AndCore Pilates

AndCore Pilates is an addition to our AndFit membership. We lift heavy weight, jump, skip and climb. It is therefore essential that we have great mid-line (core) stability, and we believe Pilates provides exactly that. There are two great options if you are interested in joining the classes:

1) Become a AndFit member for $39 a week. This gives you access to all our fitness classes aswell as AndCore Pilates.

2) Purchase a AndCore 12 session concession card for $100.

Your first trial session is free, and at this session you can purchase your concession card or become a AndFit member. Our great instructor Leandi will be able to give you all the information you need. Learn more about Leandi here.
