WOD

In this workout you spend one minute at each of five stations, resulting in a  five-minute round after which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. This WOD calls for three rounds. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of ‘rotate,’ move to the next station immediately. One point is given for each rep.

 

The stations are:

  1. Toes to bar 

  2. KB Sumo deadlift high-pull (24/16kg)

  3. Box jump (60/50cm)

  4. Swings (24/16kg)

  5. Walking lunges (10/5kg)
