Exclusive to ANDFIT, OXO is a high energy 45-minute class that blends a fast-paced cardio workout with high intensity interval and resistance training. This class is perfect for the athlete looking for a non-stop, action-packed 45min of exercise, without the heavy weightlifting and high skill gymnastics.

The main focal points in OXO are cardio, muscle tone, flexibility and agility training.

Class times:
5:30pm – Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays
7AM – Saturdays

OXO Membership – $44 per week
