We make sure our members are well educated and equipped to get the most out of each workout, and to minimize injury.
The 3 session Elements course is designed to teach you the basic movements in a small group or one on one. In order for you to increase your work load in the gym, you need to be moving efficiently, safely and have a good understanding of the different techniques.
