Elements Programme

We make sure our members are well educated and equipped to get the most out of each workout, and to minimize injury.

The 3 session Elements course is designed to teach you the basic movements in a small group or one on one. In order for you to increase your work load in the gym, you need to be moving efficiently, safely and have a good understanding of the different techniques.

Group – $120

Personal – $200

We run the Group Elements course every other week, just get in touch to find out when the next one starts. For the Express Elements, we arrange times and days that suit you best!
