Free Intro

We would love for you to come in and do a FREE trial session with us!

During the trial session you’ll learn exactly what CrossFit is about. We’ll teach you a few basic exercises – AIR SQUAT, PRESS UP and SIT UP. You’ll also do a 10min workout, and you can work at your own pace! This is a great chance to ask some questions about CrossFit and what we offer at Andfit. We look forward to meeting you!
