The 3 session Elements course is designed to teach you the basic movements in a small group or one on one. In order for you to increase your work load in the gym, you need to be moving efficiently, safely and have a good understanding of the different techniques.

One On One Personal Coaching
A focused one on one coaching session can be extremely helpful and can often hold that moment of breakthrough where things just ‘click’ into place. If there is an area of your CrossFit game that needs some focused attention then an And1 session is for you. There are a number of high skill movements like the olympic lifts or gymnastics movements like handstand push ups and ring muscle ups that require a ton of technique work. The And1 session provides this focused environment for you where you can make some rapid improvements.

The goal of Teens Andfit is to provide the knowledge, ability, and skills which will allow our youth to grow and mature instilled with the virtues of an active and healthy lifestyle. As well as playing an active role in injury prevention for children participating in specialty sports. Teens Andfit is a progressive coach led Teens gym program. The class structure across the age groups is generally the same. Classes include a warmup, skill drills and workout and exercise intensive games.
