One On One Personal Coaching
A focused one on one coaching session can be extremely helpful and can often hold that moment of breakthrough where things just ‘click’ into place. If there is an area of your training that needs some focused attention then an And1 session is for you. There are a number of high skill movements like the olympic lifts or gymnastics movements like handstand push ups and ring muscle ups that require a ton of technique work.
