So you’re ready to start? Great! Welcome to the best decision you’ve ever made for your own wellness. Here are the steps to starting at Andfit CrossFit:

Step 1.
Attend a free trial session every Saturday at 8am.

Step 2.
Learning the basics of CrossFit by signing up for our 2 week (6 sessions) intro program. Here are our next intakes:

Monday 13th January / Monday 3rd February

Step 3.
Join our group classes with a membership option or continue with personal training
