Friday again. Hope everybody’s had a good week of training. I know this week there’s been a few long workouts so I hope you are all still doing ok. How did mobility go this week? Did you spend a few minutes each day doing something? Please say yes.

Going to do some assistant Clean and Jerk work today with focusing on the Split Jerk. Please take some time and have a look at the clip below on some tips. If you get your foot positioning right you are a long way there.

The workout is also going to be a ripper so you wont want to miss it.
