First week of December is gone. Hope everybody’s had a good week so far. Were going to do our 1RM Shoulder Press tomorrow and also going to do some weighted pull ups. We haven’t done weighted pull ups in a while so should be good.

The Crossfit HPSU competition is also on the weekend so if you are keen to go and support our teams then do so. It is a great event and really well organised.
