The introduction session is a safe, enjoyable session aimed at introducing you to the CrossFit methodology. The class is designed for people brand new to CrossFit. We’ll go over ‘what is CrossFit?’ with you, teach you some of the basic foundational movements we use, and put you through a short 10min workout which you’ll be able to complete at your own pace, and of course there will be opportunity at the end to ask questions.
